Shipping
handmade to order
nothing sits in a warehouse. each piece is made by hand after you order it, just for you.
delivery times
orders take 2–3 weeks from the day you order, US or international. that covers making it by hand and getting it to you. these are estimates, not guaranteed dates; customs or carrier delays can sometimes add time.
shipping costs
shipping is free on US orders. shipping to other destinations, and any taxes collected by the store, are shown at checkout before you pay. international orders may also have customs charges, import taxes or carrier fees that weren’t collected at checkout.
tracking
you’ll get a tracking link by email when your order ships. it can take a little while to update. items may ship separately, so you might get more than one tracking email.
check your details
please check your address and email before ordering. if something needs changing, message me as soon as you can. changes may not be possible once i’ve started making it.
if it’s taking longer
if it’s been more than 3 weeks since you ordered, send me your order number and i’ll look into it. if i can’t ship within the stated timeframe, i’ll let you know the revised timing and offer the cancellation or refund options required by law.
